Mission Statement

We are a Team

White Lotus was founded as a friendly social group of helpful players, helping new players get started 
and grow in Forge of Empires. These are our roots, and they haven’t changed. Lone wolves won’t be happy and 
won’t enjoy their time in White Lotus, because White Lotus depends on teamwork. As a team, we don’t 
always agree with each other, but we stay together and work out conflicts to the best of our abilities. 
Sometimes, members of the team choose to leave for various reasons, to explore new options and have 
new experiences. That’s perfectly okay. We have always accepted former members back into the team,
if they decide they want to return.

We Help Each other

We help each other by communicating, aiding, fulfilling trade requests, participating in GE and GBG, 
assisting in the 1.9 thread, helping others raise their GB's, and through our member sponsored award system. 
White Lotus is known for its helpfulness and teamwork, and the players that end up remaining with us are 
those who exhibit really good teamwork.

We are Constantly Growing and Improving

Raising the Bar is about constantly improving and building up your city. It helps both you and the guild 
grow. When members feel they cannot meet their current goals, they reach out to me and I work with 
them on alternative goals. Nobody who has reached out has ever been kicked for missing a goal.

We Play by the Rules

Innogames considers any kind of automation of game play to be cheating, and we enforce this rule in our 
guild too. We do dismiss players for cheating, and many of them go on to find guilds where cheating is 
acceptable. *FOEHELPER is approved by Inno

We aren’t a Power Guild

We’re not trying to become the top Forge Guild… we’re trying to be the most supportive and fun Forge guild
 with an excellent social life. This guides all of our decisions, from who to accept into the guild to the way we 
play the game and communicate with each other. Many of the top players on this server have passed through 
our doors and we are always getting people referred to us by the top players and guilds. We’re glad you’re 
part of our team, and hope you participate and enjoy your time here!
